Welcome to my ham radio links page
Always under construction
JohnnyMart
The picture updates every 10 minutes
Sometimes the webcam will be on the view outside, sometimes it will be of the radio room, it will be out in the garage (JohnnyMart) soon. What the heck is JohnnyMart you ask?
It started by fellow hams giving me their old, tired unwnated ham/computer equipment, (I can't refuse being given STUFF) I hate to think some of this stuff was going to be thrown out! Now the garage is so full of stuff I can't hardly get around in it. I started to have ham friends ask if I had this or that and usually I had it! Then one of my ham friends said you should call this JohnnyMart, (my name is John)...
...so began the legend!

Is the Earth's magnetic field preparing to reverse? What? Yes, I said reverse. This topic has been discussed for over 50 years now but has recently become more and more of a concern for those that have been able to study it with satellites and better equipment than just 10 years ago. Here is a link to the PBS webpage, PBS.ORG. The show NOVA just recently had a piece called "Magnetic Storm", that addressed this issue. I will have more links to information on this interesting phenomenon here soon.
